Darkglass Electronics

Darkglass Electronics designs and engineers premium, boutique, handmade bass guitar effects pedals and amplifiers.  Darkglass was founded in 2009 by Chilean engineer Douglas Castro.  Operating out of Finland, a small team of skilled engineers have hand-crafted creations like the much-loved Microtubes X7, Alpha Omega, and B7K, the recently released Vintage Ultra preamp, and more, all serving as a "tone elixir" for your bass rig.  Artists like Tony Levin of King Crimson, Billy Gould of Faith No More and Nate Mendel of the Foo Fighters are carrying the Darkglass flag around the world.

Recently they have unveiled two brand-new amplifiers at NAMM 2019, the Microtubes 900 v2 and the Alpha-Omega 900.  The Microtubes 900 v2 comes three years after the original's release, over which time Darkglass worked to improve upon the system that quickly amassed a passionate fan base. New for this evolved version is enhanced durability, studio-grade compression, impulse cabinet emulation, and MIDI control, making in a super versatile tool for any bassist while still remaining exceedingly compact and portable.
