Shipping Policy
RGS will ship completed orders Monday-Friday. Orders placed and paid before 9:00am PST will ship that same day. All completed orders after the cutoff time will ship the following business day. RGS does not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
Return Policies
Pedal not sounding how you thought it would? Need something a bit different? Or something else completely? No Problem!
You can start the return/exchange process by sending an email to sales@rogueguitarshop.com. We will then email over a return label and you can pack that up and drop it off to your friendly neighborhood post man! Please read that EAF for any additional directions you may need.
Most of the new, unopened equipment that is purchased with RGS can be returned to us within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund in the form of Store Credit. We ask that you please return the product in the original product packaging along with all included materials (manual, warranty card, all accessories). Store credit never expires and can be used on any of our items. Please note that the buyer will assume all the costs for shipping the unwanted item back to RGS (unless defective or incorrect shipment). Please note that RGS may refuse or charge up to a 25% restocking fee for any returned item if it is no longer in new condition.
We do not accept returns, under any circumstances, on sealed product, guitars, amplifiers, and other items that may come in contact with ears or mouth due to sanitary concerns.
Pre-Order Policies
Unfortunately we also cannot cancel orders or pre-orders or orders of product that is expected to be restocked. We are happy to exchange for another product if you are no longer interested in the new release.
We work hard to make sure preorders are turned around within 1-2 weeks. If it is going to take longer than that we will be in contact with you.
Holiday Policies
Thanks so much for choosing RGS as your place to shop during the Holidays.
We have a few things that we'd like to change during this time.
You can send items in for exchange up till the 15th of January for Items purchased as a gift between November 28th and December 31st.
Items sent in for exchange during the Black Friday Sale will not have the same coupon extended to the items that you are exchanging it for. The Black Friday coupons and sales are only extended to sales made within November 28th - December 1st.
