Free The Tone have succeeded in developing a cable with a diameter of 5mm, which is generally not seen. In order to achieve both sound quality and ease of use which is required for connecting effectors, Free The Tone have invested all of the know-how acquired until now. A cable that is too thick is difficult to use to connect effectors and stress on the soldered parts is increased by the cable tension, so that the possibility of a failure is increased. Free The Tone made every effort in designing the CU-5050 cable to reduce stress on soldered parts, and achieve a cable that is extremely durable and can provide a long lifetime of service.This is a warm sounding cable for instrument use with such clarity that you can almost see the vibration of your strings. The basic concept in developing this cable was ' The sound that makes you want to keep on playing!' You will experience a sound that is as close to the raw sound of your guitar or bass as possible. All of the characteristics of your guitar or bass will be maintained while at the same time, any harsh electrical noise picked up by the pickups in your instrument will be eliminated.

What is your shipping policy?
We will ship completed orders Monday-Friday. Orders placed and paid before 1:00pm. PST will ship that same day. All completed orders after the cutoff time will ship the following business day. RGS does not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30 day Exchange policy for new purchases. We ask that you please return the product in the original product packaging along with all included materials (manual, warranty card, all accessories) and in the original condition that it was received and we will exchange it for any product on ours site. Please note that we do charge a $5 dollar exchange fee to cover our shipping cost. We are a small business and do not offer a cash refund. We cannot take returns on sealed product. We do not accept returns for guitars and amplifiers under any circumstances. Unfortunately we also cannot cancel orders or pre-orders. We are happy to exchange for another product if you are no longer interested in the new release or backordered items
